A great day at Norwich Petanque Club playing in the Spring Triples today. The Sun didn’t come out, but the rain stayed away. We had ten triples taking part in total and the day was played in great spirit with fun had by all.
The tournament was played over five timed games.
In fourth place were Robert Cole, Brian Taylor and Trevor Evans with three wins and +6 points difference. Third place went to Luisa D’Esposito, Allen Kemp and Jallal Talbi with three wins and +16.
In second place (pictured above), Serge Raja, Labauve Jordan and Gerald Assailly with four wins and +39 points, and the winners (pictured below) were Mervyn & Mark Bell and Richard Jeffery with five wins and +46 points.
