A sunny Lingwood was host to the 2025 Norfolk County pairs today. 10 teams entered and a 5 round snake was played with the top 2 teams to fight it out in a final. Each round was timed for an hour plus two ends if required. Going into the 5th round one team had 4 wins and 2 teams had 3 wins, and the rest on 2 or less, so the match between Cheryl & Tony v Stuart & Sophie (both on 3 wins) was the decider for who would meet Nigel & Judith in the final. A great match to be part of and a win for Stuart & Sophie set up the final.
The final was a cagey affair but Nigel & Judith out pointed Stuart & Sophie to secure victory. Congratulations both!
